Abortion Providers in North Carolina

Where to Find Real Clinics

While fake women’s health centers operate all over the state, abortion providers are only located in a few key cities. There are currently 14 abortion clinics in the state, located in 9 different counties. This means 91% of counties in our state are without a clinic, and many people have to drive long distances to access the care the need.
