Planned Giving
Make a Lasting Impact
A planned gift is a meaningful way to support reproductive freedom in North Carolina for generations to come. By including Pro-Choice North Carolina or Pro-Choice North Carolina Foundation in your will, trust, or other long-term plans, you can help ensure that future North Carolinians have advocates working to protect their freedom to make their own reproductive decisions.
Planned gifts can take many forms, and they don’t have to be complicated. The information below can help you explore some of the options available and decide what may be right for you.

Gifts in Your Will or Trust
Including Pro-Choice North Carolina Foundation in your will or trust is one of the simplest ways to make a lasting gift to reproductive freedom in North Carolina. You can leave a specific dollar amount or asset, a percentage of your estate, or all or part of what remains after gifts to your loved ones have been made. You can also name the Foundation as a contingent beneficiary.
You can change your plans at any time, and letting us know that you have included the Foundation in your plans does not create a legally binding commitment.
