Toni (she/her) is a strategist, movement fundraiser, and unapologetic troublemaker for reproductive freedom and gender justice. With more than 20 years of experience turning passion into power—and dollars into impact—she’s built a reputation for shaking things up and getting things done.

Since joining Pro-Choice North Carolina in 2017, Toni has led the charge to grow a fearless grassroots base and fuel bold, no-nonsense advocacy across the state. Her career began in higher education and public media, but purpose pulled her toward the frontlines—fighting for reproductive autonomy, racial justice, and economic equity for those most affected by systemic oppression, including people of color, immigrants, and young people.
